I do not have a way to do MU at the house so I did 1 minute of Dead hang pullups and 1 minute of strict ring dips. I set the rest on the rower to 2:30 because my rower is in the house. Nice work Dave. I don't think I could do one strict pull-up coming off the rower, but kipping allowed me to get in a few muscle ups. I set the rower to 3 minutes on and 1 minute of rest.
