4 RFT 3min Rowing 1min MUs

  1. I do not have a way to do MU at the house so I did 1 minute of Dead hang pullups and 1 minute of strict ring dips. I set the rest on the rower to 2:30 because my rower is in the house. Still did not make it back to it in time for 3 of the 4.

  2. Nice work Dave. I don't think I could do one strict pull-up coming off the rower, but kipping allowed me to get in a few muscle ups. I set the rower to 3 minutes on and 1 minute of rest. I really think I should have set it to 1 minute and 10 seconds to get a true minute of work in.

    Overall not a great workout but not a bad one either. Rowing and muscle ups do not go well together for me.

  4. I did ring dips instead of muscle ups. This, of course, was a gasser. We all know that the harder you try on the rower earlier in a WOD, the more you pay. I didn't let that deter me in the first round, but I did pay a price later... performance wise.
