  2. I do not do Oly lifts (unless it is light weight). I plan on taking a class at the local box. They are USAW and Crossfit Oly Certified. I do not want to mess my muscle memory up because I am doing them wrong. Anyways planned on scaling this WOD. DL are no problem. I thought about getting another bar for the snatch. I Warmed up with the bar, than 65#s, 95#'s in sets of 5. Did one with 115 and it felt good. So I said frak it.

    The snatches were crap form in my opinion. I think the bar was way to much out front.

  3. Nice work boys... I really want to do this one but I have a tweak in right wrist and a tweak in left forearm (again), so I want to give these guys some time to normalize. Hopefully hit this Friday or the weekend. Have a 3 day trip to NJ Tues-Thurs...

  4. Man I sucked at this one, TTB ate me alive. 115 on A. For B, I don't do max weight so I did "Grace" in 4:09. Not a PR by any means, doing it after 15.1 was rather awful.
