Cindy

  1. I could swear there was a Cindy in the last two months that I wanted to make up, but I cannot find it. If someone can tell me where that went I can move my comment. Plus I have two guys in the new gym that are new to this stuff so I think staying more with body weight fundamentals early on is a good idea.

    Anyway, I got 19 rounds + 5 pullups + 5 pushups. About average for me. I've done 18 and I've done 21 1/2 before so this was a decent one. First time I ever did it back in 2009 I think I got 16 rounds.

  2. 16 Rounds +5 PU's, focused on good form throughout.

  4. I did this at the beginning of January when I got my pull-up bars installed and started doing pull-ups again after 6 months without a bar, i got through 18 and in to the 19th.

    Today I got a PR, 23 rounds + 5 + 10 + 6.

    I am absolutely worn out.
