  2. Oh... RX'd of course. My pullups aren't what they used to be but I did all sets of thrusters unbroken except the set of 12 in round 1... took a 5 second rest in there, went 8/4 I think.

  5. My workout had kind of a biblical theme to it today, "So those who are last now will be first then, and those who are first will be last."

    I felt really pretty good until I almost threw up midway through thruster nine in the first set of the second go round. It was pretty much so down hill from there. Lots of pity parties staring at my feet and gasping.
