ARAMP in 20: 20 Chest to Bar, 20 95lbs Squat and 30 DUs

  1. Subbed 40-20 lbs wall ball squats for 20-95 lbs squats. I held the ball behind my neck rather than at my chest.

    I completed 4 rounds plus all pull-ups*, squats and 25 DUs. So almost 5 rounds.

    *In round 4 I switched to pull ups rather than chest to bar, those still need some work after not having a pull up bar for 6 months.
