4RFT 2 Minutes each of: Triple-unders and Burpees

  1. This one burned like crazy, especially with a hamstring that is still sore. I do not have the Triple-unders yet so I subbed Double-unders.

    1 - 88 and 30
    2 - 89 and 31
    3 - 80 and 29
    4 - 88 and 29

  2. Did you do this continuously or take a break between sets to make it more of an interval training workout? Glad you are posting. Your burpees are stupid.

  3. Great question, I went straight through, no break between sets. Believe me, I had to take some rests.

    1. 89 and 23
    2. 52 and 21
    3. 41 and 20
    4. 63 and 24

  5. I have my head down in shame. I haven't done DU's in a long time and today was my worst day with them ever since I learned them. My burpees were as usual.. Jason, I still don't understand how you do that.

    45/24 (yes, 45 DUs, literally hitting my feet almost every time, there was cussing)
    43/21 (more cussing and throwing things)
    43/21 (by now I am over it)
    50/21 (at least I did some burpees)

  6. Not triple unders for the fat old man either, but my double unders and burpees were not terrible today.

  7. New guy cant do DU's, so I went Single.
    Round 1: forgot to count
    Round 2: 229/24
    Round 3: 242/19
    Round 4: 259/20
