I did a test round with just the 45# barbell as part of my warm up in 1:04, so my theoretical fastest possible time on this work out is 4:16, in theory and fantasy land:) As rx'd in reality: 1:35 2:35 2:27 2:28 Total time 8:58
First round was high speed and unbroken @ 1:07... last SDHP went right up into PP, last PP landed on back straight down into squat. Done with round 2 @ 3:00, TT 6:59 RX'd. Fun fast one.
Used 65#s. My SHP and PP went unbroken right into each other. My squats on the other hand sucked. Maybe needed to warm them up more. 1:54.26, 2:47.57, 3:16.69, 3:14.99 TT 11:13.51

ReplyDeleteHoly shit that is fast. Did you remember a dynamax on those squats?
ReplyDeleteI didn't time each round, but subbed a hanging sumo and used 75 LBS. total time 7:03
ReplyDeleteJust under 10 minutes, with 65 LBS. What's a dynamax?
ReplyDeleteIt is a brand of medicine balls. You can use them to make sure you squat low enough. Your butt touches it, you went low enough.
