Hey guys. I got sick... got better, did Carse, the virus relapsed... so I stayed sick this week. Still not feeling 100% but I decided to do three rounds of this one to try to get the body tuned back up and moving. TT 23:58. Wanted to average < 8:00/round and was barely able to do that. After round two I was at 16:05 so I picked it up in round three. I felt like shit until the third round... by then I started feeling that CrossFit fire in my bones again. Felt good to WOD. Gonna do OHS + DU's tomorrow. Will scale the OHS but make up for less weight with more reps so the amount of weight moved/round is still the same.
Fletcher: Had spliter. Still 2.5 cords is a pile to split and stack.

Justin nice job doing this one. I'll have to do this one and today's another time. I tweaked my hamstring so there will be no running for me.
