Left-arm Kettlebell snatch, 1.5 pood
Right-arm Kettlebell snatch, 1.5 pood
Pull-ups

  4. I'm the wuss on this one. 8:50. I did the shoulder press WOD right beforehand so it was hard on the shoulders! The one posted for today looks... well... weird.
