All right guys. This is some serious shit. I hereby challenge you all to do the hero WOD that we all skipped called "Carce." Don't forget the 50M bear crawl before each round. One of the tougher WODs I've done... but I think I say that on all the hero WODs. :-)
TT 33:45 RMFX'd. The good news is the SC's and the DL's didn't hurt the knees or back. All 84 of them. Holy crap.
I felt like a puss. I rested too much but I was freaking dying - I was seeing stars and tasting hours ago food. Going from the bear crawls to the squat cleans and then the double unders was horrible.
Guys, we missed a hero WOD. We can't just skip a hero WOD? "Carse"... from a little time back. I'm gonna do it tomorrow:
