Clean Bench Press OHS

  1. WODoers: I don't have a bench and I didnt have much time, so I did a variation and I think I may have created a classic.

    30 minutes total including warmup. Clock starts from when you touch the bar. Weight always starts from the ground, change your own weights. As many attempts as you want, count highest single rep in each lift: Power Clean, Shoulder Press, and Overhead Squat

    225#,170#,205# TW= 600#

    There is a lot more to this than you think about. Doing a 205# ohs squat after getting the bar from the ground to behind your head is hard!! Time really starts to fuck with you when it gets heavy cause you cant miss or there is no time to go heavier.

    This wod was SUPER FUN! I highly recomend it.
