  1. This WOD was painful. I had way too many beers last night and I was fighting pukey from round 3 on. Shoulders were smoked from yesterdays WOD and pullups just plain sucked.

    I subbed 24 side to side jumps over barbell for DU's, everything else RX'd

  2. Whew! Scaled the DL's down to 185 for my back. This is the heaviest DL I have done since the discovery of the broken back.The double unders took a month of Sundays. A few times I got 10+ in a row, but normally I got about 3 or 4. DU's took over 50% of my time for sure. Pullups were a little tough. HSPUs were head to floor. I usually do those to abmat but I can do 3 to floor!

  3. WODoers: Boy do I feel stupid. I misread the wod as 6 rounds. Total time was 20:18. Looks like I was still about 20 seconds a round behind Fletcher's pace. That pisses me off. Six rounds sucked plenty bad but I hate to do a hero wod wrong.
