ReplyDeleteOne of the tougher WODs I've done... but I think I say that on all the hero WODs. :-)
TT 33:45 RMFX'd. The good news is the SC's and the DL's didn't hurt the knees or back. All 84 of them. Holy crap.
I felt like a puss. I rested too much but I was freaking dying - I was seeing stars and tasting hours ago food. Going from the bear crawls to the squat cleans and then the double unders was horrible.
