  1. WODoers, I will have to hit this wod someday, but I think it would ruin my oly lifting class for tomorrow.

    So I revisited one I invented a while back.
    AMRAP 15 minutes 5 burpees 1 muscle up

    17 rounds and 3 burpees, pr by 4 rounds

    Those muscle ups get hard to lock out from the burpees.
