Justin... I like it. Did I Mainsite you last week on "Brandon's Bad Day?" LOL. I had to skip yesterday because my left knee has been hurting me since I did the 245 double unders WOD. Those things get to the bad knee damn it. Gonna try this WOD today... as long as my knee isn't having those gnarly sharp pains. I wish I wasn't so jacked up.
Man this WOD sucked. My back is/was on fire. Justin I mainsited your time but not by much. I"m not sure how I got 18:48 last time. Squat snatches killed me
Oh my word... that was ugly. I only did WB's to 9'4" target cos I wanted to stay in the garage.
TT 18:16. Rounds were 5:00, 6:50, and 6:26
Last set of snatches went 6,4,10,5,5. That set of 10 was horrible but I was pushing hard. Tried to do 10 last set but I just couldn't. I can honestly say I gave that WOD everything. NOTHING left in the tank after. I collapsed on the ground and couldn't move for 5 minutes. had to hold onto the rail to walk downstairs to the basement to post this.
WODoers: I'm going to invent a term, "Mainsited," to have your time crushed by a fellow blogger in a manner normally reserved for main site post.
