  1. No 10K for me, I've never ran that distance so I need to work up to that.

    Subbed Handstand walks with Handstand pushups, DL's as RX'd

    TT: 6:56

    Deads got heavy middle of second round, nice little WOD.

  2. Damn Chris, you just did a sub 7 minute Diane. Isn't that like a 3 minute pr for you. Nice work.

    I loaded the bar wrong and had 255# on it, but I was too lazy to unload it since I put the 25# plates on first so I just did Diane with 255 instead. 11:55. HSPs took me for-fucking-ever as they always do.

  3. Well shit damn Justin, I think you are correct! I didn't think of that way. HSPU's went fast for me today for some reason. I busted out 15 in row in round 1, then 11 in round 2 and all 9 in round 3. That's where I made up my time.

    Nice time for doing this with 255#!

  4. You are some crazy strong bastards. I scaled the DLs for 175 lbs for reasons you are tired of hearing about (I will always be bitter about my back because I love lifting). 45 175 lb DL's is the most I've done in a couple of years. I'll keep inching my way up as long as it feels OK. Doc said go ahead and do DLs and squats, but "keep it on the lighter side", which is a relevant term.

    I did HSPU's to AbMat. Chris did you do those head to floor? If so... that is freaking shockingly impressive.

    TT: 8:05. HSPU's even to Abmat were killer. What do I expect though, you out press me by a good 15 lbs and I am weighing in at a nice and plump 222 for the holidays. Too much blasted beer! I like beer.

  5. Craig, HSPU's were to floor. I searched for my last time doing Diane and I found a 7:19, not sure if that was the last time I did Diane or not. Either way PMFR! I'll take it. My shoulder if finally 100%, never thought it a million years it would bet back to what it was.

    BTW, do you remember Twon? Little bastard got his first muscle-up. He joined a CrossFit affliate in Albany, NY and is becoming quite the CrossFitter.

    I hear you on the weight. I could stand to lose a few pounds myself.

    BEER

  7. I'm a day behind this cycle, made this up today. Like you guys, I did it as Diane. But I scaled it so as not to incapacitate myself this first week back. DLs at 185#, those were no problem, but I also did the HSPU to only about 4" off the floor. They still slowed me down, but hey, they always did.

    TT = 8:15
