I subbed 12 dead hang pullups per round, and did 500M rows instead of running. My knee has been hurting lately. The rowing is about as perfect a sub as I have seen in terms of workload.
Proudest moment: Thinking about the hero girl and did the last round of lunges unbroken and held a 1:55 row split time - finished mentally strong as I could. That killed me at the end. Good thing too cos my pullups and TTB's were very slow in that last round. I could hardly hold on to the bar.
I have to start chargin harder in the early rounds or I'm going to get mainsited on every wod. As rx'd: 5:50/6:24/7:18/8:11/5:28

Had some grip issues cause of my gloves on the ttb, it was only 18 degrees out, but I am dripping sweat.
