I changed this to a 1000m run because going around the block from my driveway back to my driveway is 1000m.

Not bad I guess. I was only slower by 10 seconds each time. That third one felt like I was really going to be way off my time.
Hit the oly lifts today. Finally got 80kg at the gym on the snatch. Missed 83kg a bunch, but even though no pr, felt like things are starting to work again.
