Nutts

For time:
10 Handstand push-ups
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
25 Box jumps, 30 inch box
50 Pull-ups
100 Wallball shots, 20 pounds, 10'
200 Double-unders
Run 400 meters with a 45lb plate

  1. Wow this was insane. Last time I did it in 30:18 and did 100 DU's and 200 single unders. That was almost a year ago (it was on my 39th birthday exactly).

    This time I did it all RX'd except for DL, I scaled to 175 lbs for my back.

    I was at about 14:30 going into the DUs (those wall balls were spanking!)200 DU's took about ~11 minutes (last fifty were just awful), then that 400M plate carry was just a good ol' time. I never set it down, but did resort to "wogging" a few times. Freaking awesome day!!

    The DU's were the hardest part.

  2. I had scale some of this. Wall balls went to 8ft and a 15#ball. 200 DUs became 800 singles. Deadlift became 135#s.

    Handstand push ups and Deadlifts 3:28.94
    Box jumps 2:42.92
    Pull-ups 7:03.00
    100 wallball 7:49.50
    800 Single jump rope 14:41.42
    400m run with plate 4:50.49

    Total time 40:36.06

    WODoers: My subs were 30 24" box jumps (no 30" box) and then I ran with my 75# sand bag so I wouldn't have to waste time unloading the bar. Total time was 30:35.

    Wall balls and double unders killed my time. I did have an epiphany that speed up my double unders halfway through, but it was too late, the damage was done. I hate wall balls, especially after a heavy thruster day!
