  2. My back has been bugging me lately so I decided to do Annie today. Instead of doing the situps with feet anchored on the floor, I did them on the GHD bench to flat... which was twice as hard as regular situps I reckon. That pause on the flat part suspending your body in mid-air and then changing direction gets brutal after awhile.

    Still, TT 10:48. Huge PR Previous was 13:49. I bet I could go around 8-9 minutes with regular situps. We shall see next time this comes up!

    I did this wod today. 95x3, 105x3, 115x3, 125x3, 130x3, 135x3 not clean had press out, 135x3 clean pr, 145x1, 145x2 with press out
