Needed something good today that wouldn't screw up my oly lifting tomorrow, so I went with 50 20#vest burpees. Wanted sub 5 and just missed it with 5:04. It is a good wod with an interesting loading. I really felt it on the push up and the bottom of the squat.
Awesome. Maybe I'll do this in the AM. Golfing early in the AM with my dad... then having a big poker party at night, like 20 players. Should be really fun!!
