WODoers: This is a tricky wod. I started out just purely muscling it up and that lasted about five reps and totally screwed me up. Should have focused on an efficient powersnatch with a lower catch. 4:40 as rx'd. Will have to give it a go again. It winded me, but I bet I could shave a minute off with good technique.
