I got back from vacation last night late. Did a couple of WODs during the week long stint, did Tabata in a gym in one of the Disney hotel/resort deals, got some funny looks for sure from a couple of meatheads with barbed wire tattoos (both of them!) doing a bunch of curls and tricep extensions and bench press. I came in, warmed up, CRANKED HARD on tabata, bent over gasping for air in between sets, the whole deal... I could tell they were wondering WTF I was doing. I always have fun doing this when I travel. I just keep my head down and go balls to the wall, and I usually try to wear a CrossFit T-Shirt. :-)
Did the wall/ball GHD one too on the Disney Dream cruise ship (which was freaking FANTASTIC), but I did thrusters with 20 lb DBs and feet elevated way up sit up deals. That was good because I was kind of hungover that morning and it snapped me out of it. Today I'll do Elizabeth, which I have never done with squat cleans, tomorrow I'll do this crazy triple Jackie thing which looks to me like it will take 30 minutes.
Welcome back Craig!! From the pictures I saw posted, looks like you and the family had a great time.
It always seems to take me double the time to do these long WODs. I seems to have the form a little better for the thrusters, which is nice. I did the rows as runs. I have been doing some runs this week plus the normal WODs. Today was supposed to be a rest for running. Guess that will be tomorrow.

One cool thing that happened during this WOD was a group of F/A 18 Hornets buzzed on by. One of the best thing about living near NAS Jax.

Finally had a breakthrough in the snatch yesterday. Just 1kg but a pr is a pr is a pr. 86kg. Yeah! 189# for you imperial blokes.
