Split Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1

  1. I went for a heavy triple since I have never done this movement before. Great wod and I like the movement.

    I went with two minutes or less and did not require touch and go but allowed a regrip of the bar to ensure proper form. If you guys do not do a lot of oly lifting I would way recomend going for a heavy triple instead of a one rep max if this is your first time with this movement.

  2. Pulled a double to try and catch up.

    Thanks for the advice Justin, I did exactly what you suggested. I actually like this lift better than the snatch. It seems to be a little easier on my shoulder. I couldn't go super heavy, but I got the work done.
