  1. 10+2mu+3hsps pr but not sure I should have counted all hsps. I counted a few were feet were falling back down as arms locked out...opinions on those? It seems a little unfair to count but it seems just as unfair not to count em?

    Either way fire is back in my belly. Unfortuanetly it is back in there will the ten pounds of beer induced fat from the holidays!

  2. Hey Justin, I count those as long as you get the press all of the way out and your weight is above you. You are still holding your body up.

    Guys I struggled mightily today. I've been having this cold go back and forth, woke up "feeling it" this morning but went for the WOD anyway. Then my lame shoulder started popping midway through so I had to drop the HSPUs all together after round 7 (they were only to AbMat anyway). Also scaled to the 54 lb KBS and subbed 4 dead hang pullups and 4 ring dips for muscle ups. So overall a messy WOD.

    13 rounds done the way I put here, felt like crap. Doesn't count but I did a WOD so whatever...

  3. I subbed 4 dead hang pullups & 4 ring dips for the MU's. Everything else RX'd.

    10 Rounds + 4 PU + 4 RD's

    I'm trying to get the fire back in my belly as well I'm up 10+ pounds myself and man do I feel it during the WOD's. 2011 was tough year for me mentally, 2012 isn't starting off so great either. I'm working through it, but it really sucks sometimes. Enough crying for today.
