"Desforges"

  1. This was a very tough but fair wod. I did it after being up for about four hours and not eating, probably not the best plan. Also, I lost time changing the weight cause I only have one bar. I think with two bars I could go sub 40.

  2. I'm still not able to do any heavy pulling stuff with my finger so I did a variation of 3 Rounds of Jackie.

    3 Rounds of:
    Row 1000m
    50 45# Thrusters
    50 DU's

    TT = 39:42

    Finished the 1st round in about 12 minutes - was gassed. Finished the 2nd round at about 26 minutes - wanted to puke and quit. Was hoping to finish under 40 and just made it - REALLY wanted to puke and quit.

    Thrusters were surprisingly the hardest thing for me. I'm really sore today. Anyway, later fellas.

  3. Still not feeling 100% so I did 3 rounds of this in 20:47. Scaled DL's down to 135 because back is bothering me and I didn't feel like switching weights. Sorry to scale this down so much, but I just don't feel back up to speed yet. Legs are VERY sore from the 150 75 lb back squat WOD the other day. Unbelievable.
