OHS 3-3-3-3-3

  1. Shoulders shot. Worked up to 165x3 and then failed miserable at 175. Decided just to stop and let the body rest. Fran the day before is apparently not terribly conducive to attempting a OHS x 3 pr.

  2. Feeling the workouts big time lately. I worked up to 145 and I was done. 10#'s off my PR. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
