  2. Cleans did not go well for me today. Got 105kg but missed 110kg.

    OHS went well. 100kg pr.

  3. 24:37 PR by 1:21. It will be interesting to see what I can do next time this comes up, because I did NOT rest, and I did ALL FIVE sets of wall balls totally unbroken which was nightmarish. That was my goal since I rowed 500's (and rowing is what it is) for runs and I am a slow box jumper. I figured the only way to PR this was to smoke the WBs. 150 pullups and deadlifts tomorrow. Oh what fun that will be on the forearms.

  5. 5 straight unbroken sets of WB's??? Unreal! My shoulders were blasted during this one, but motivation got me through it. BTW, I hate box jumps. They seem so easy, but after running your thighs are burnt.
