The K2E crushed me 5:34 and then fucking burpees 7:51. Those two things alwas ruin this wod for me. Jump rope snapped at 29:50 with 4 DUs to go, so questionable whether I was going to be sub 30. The thing that sucks is that I never get any better at this wod no matter how I try to break up the sets, I just suck ass at it.
Going to add K2E to my warmup. My time on those is just flat embarassing.
Justin I KNOW you can do burpees and K2E faster than that... it's mostly mental man. For burpees, just keep moving, even if you are going slow. Pace, don't do 10 as fast as you can then stand there and die. Just one at a time, nice and steady. Shoot for 9 per minute (in FF, I like to shoot for 10 per minute otherwise). K2E, get a good rhythm/kip going. Or set your bar so you can tap your toes down in between reps so you aren't swinging all over the place, it centers you after each rep. So if feet are swinging, develop the K2E kip. K2E, it's the same thing too.. just keep moving. Don't get bar stare. Just my .02.
OK, I copied the WOD down incorrectly as I spaced out the burpee's. Ugh! Great workout still. I also cannot do DU's very well so I did 100 as fast as I could. TT 22:10 Bittersweet knowing I missed a good exercise to throw in. oh well....
Big PR as far as doing it RX'd, which I did purely, double unders and all. 26:17.

I can do better on the DU's, had a bunch of missed ones, 1 and 2 at a time, etc. had a couple of runs of 10+ too.
