DL/Lpu

  1. I decided to do this strick. All pullups hold L as much as possile including on negative and to the extent possible start with fully extended shoulders. I could have easily cut off ten minutes by not going all the way to lock and not holding the l through the negative, but I figured this is the only way I will actually get better at them. Strictly rx'd 19:30.

    Then clean pulls x 3, work up to 305.

    1. Justin, nice PR on the snatch. I probably should of followed your lead on this one today. L-pulls were very hard for me today. I tried to keep strict form as much as possible, but they weren't perfect.
