I cannot link CTBs without stopping at the bottom, so that slowed me down. Also, gasping for air and trying not to pass out and/or die slowed me down too! After round three the last four rounds felt like doing round 3 of Fran over and over and over and over again.
I have only tried front squats a few times so I did Back Squats instead. The weight I did for this was 95 pounds. The CTB were actually chest to rings, but that shouldn't matter.
Justin great job doing this RX'd. I wanted to keep this WOD a true metcon and with 165 that wasn't going to happen. So after watching the WOD demo, I decided to scale the weight to 135, PU's as RX'd. What a lung burner!

Dave Front squats aren't my favorite. They hurt my wrists big time, which I know is flexibility thing. Try some out with just the bar to get the feel of them.
Well, I tried to make it last night but ended up slicing my finger open after cuitting uip some jerky meat last night. The damn thing bled for over an hour before I could ever get superglue on it to seal it up. So, I might be out for a bit on the lifting stuff til this cut heals but am gonna get some cardio stuff in.
Go figure, no injuries tearing out walls but simply cleaning a knife slices me open.
