Did this power clean + 2 push jerks. Worked up to 205, that double was tough. Then sets of three clean pulls up to 320.
As RX'd:125-135-145-155-165-175-185That's about as heavy as I think I'll go. I don't want to tear the shoulder again and even that is pushing it.
