Run 400M x 8, resting 90 seconds in between

Might be my first WOD in a while, still recovering from this stupid cold. Might do 500M rows.

  1. 2nd day in a row I can post!
    As RX'd.. 24:35.
    Next time this one comes around I'm going to push a little harder. I maxed out @8.7 on the speed (treadmill) but I think I could've moved up a little sooner, maybe 5th "set" instead of last 2. Something I'll need to remember since I think I can do better. Good WOD!

  2. Run's on the treadmill which makes it easier to pace.

    1:37,1:38,1:36,1:36,1:35,1:37,1:35,1:37

    TT: 12:54 (doesn't include the 90 second rest obviously)

    Beat all my times from the last time it cameup!

  3. I also ran mine on the treadmill. I think either the odometer on it is off or I'm not in as bad of shape as I think I am.

    TT = 28:50, including breaks
    basically breaks down to about 2 9-minute miles, which is better than my usual 10-minute pace

    I was happily surprised by this one. We'll see how that goes next time a PU/clean/OHS WOD comes up.

  4. Did mine on the street. It is mid 70's outside so I couldn't see running in a gym. I think I would have gone faster on a treadmill. Just set the pace and go. Had to slow down twice because of cars. Overall felt pretty good.

    1.43.83, 1.44.30, 1.48.32, 1.51.31, 1.51.41, 1.49.88, 1.48.41, 1.46.27
    TT 25min.

  5. OK guys, finally went out into the gym and did stuff. Been sick for a week, before that on vacation for a week,and my shoulder is messed up (even hurts to do a single pushup - neat). Still full of phleghm and congested so I did 4 x500M rowing sprints. Times weren't great, but I got my blood flowing. Rested 90 in between...

    1:42,7, 1:43.3, 1:47.4, 1:47.7

    Squats and ropes tomorrow, think I'll sub 3 dead hang L Pullups for each rope climb if anyone wants to join me. Desforges looks awesome.
