ReplyDeleteBox jumps were 24", everything else Rx'd. Wall climbs were the hardest by far. T2B sucked as well.

Not yet, but it does indeed look like an ass kicker. Justin love the videos on the MU's btw. Especially the helmet! : ) I'd do the same thing.
ReplyDeleteWoders: Today I had a break through. It started out really bad. I did the wall walks in a new place in my garage and the drywall is completely unfinished and it was like ice on my new shoes. I could barely do the first round. They were almost impossible and I told myself and it would be okay if I needed to quit because I couldn't get traction. I told myself I would just have to see how it went but I would need to quit after three or so rounds. I told myself I would need to quit cause I was going to get dizzy from the forward rolls. I told myself I would need to quit because of the lunge workout. I told myself I would need to quit because of the rope climbs and it would be okay. Then I started thinking about quitting and being pussy on a hero work out and letting quitting become part of my pesonality and who I am and I realized that could never ever be okay and then angry tears of rage welled up in my eyes and I decided I would quit when I was done with every single fucking rep and so that is what I did.

Justin this is another Pulitzer Prize Winning post. Man you inspire me dude! MENTAL TOUGHNESS! I was a pussy on Grace today. I fought really hard in the RC/Pushup WOD yesterday and Zeus three days ago, so I let that be an excuse to perform at 90%. DAMN IT. VERY BAD ASS POST DUDE! I have man love for you.

Nice post Justin. Very inspirational and motivating for me. Very weird how those forward rolls affect you now that your older. I remember doing somersaults as a kid and it was no big deal, but I get dizzy as well with them.
ReplyDeleteGood time on Grace Craig. I'll take the biggest pussy award on that one. Feeling old these days. No excuse, just my body doesn't move like it use to. Check out the video on the mainsite. Dude is 68 I think. Quite the home gym. I want to be in that good of shape when I'm his age. And GOD damn it I will be!!

Dude that video of Buck's gym is GREAT!!! Best home gym in the world. Wow. His nuerosurgeon buddy MADE those GHDs. That is nuts. That video is killer. He has a freaking stone pit, and they had a stone making party! LOL

ReplyDeleteI did this RX'd this morning in 25:16. Chris how did you do this so fast WTF? Those 30" box jumps are retarded... wall climbs were NASTY for me. I beat my 19 year old rugby playin' buddy though so that was cool LOL
ReplyDeleteThe difference has to be the box jumps. Legs and abs are pretty sore from the last couple days. Hitting 13.1 tomorrow. Should be fun!
