I did this one on the rings casue my bar is too close to the ceiling to try bar muscle ups. I need to go practice those in the park sometime. I did full games style turn out on the first muscle up of each set. Holy shit that burpee in between makes a guy breathe hard.
ReplyDelete4 rounds 1 run and 3 deadlifts. I was done. I did manage to pull off a couple of triple under warming up, but it would take me a week to do 25 in the middle of a workout!
