30 Muscle Ups bailing forward

It took a good damn while, but I learned something new and didn't break my skull open.  Sorry about the fat man with his shirt off, but I was starting to overheat and I neeede to do something to get it done, so I figured go witht the old crossfit standby.

  1. It took me about an hour to get the first one and then I was pretty dizzy and sick. My body doesn't like flipping upside down. I had already done about 2o to 25 MUs getting in position, but I still thought I could do 30 for time, ha ha ha. Got six in a row but then my forearms just about exploded, so I called it a day.

  2. Hey boys... back from the cruise tonight. This post is AWESOME! LOL!! I might try this with jumping MU's just to try to get it. Looks scary. Dude, a helmet? Hahahahahahahaha!!!

    I made the bloggers proud on the cruise. I did about 5 WOD's during the week, no shit. Also overate and overdrank the entire time, of course.

    I did a walking lunge WOD all the way around the ship, which was exactly 640M. I was hurting from that for a few days. Never done that many at once before. Did two big ocean swims (over an hour), did a shoulder/core/running WOD, then did this one: 800M on elliptical for warmup, immediately went to the WOD... which was 25 burpees, 100 lat pull downs @ 150, 100 hand release pushups, 100 butterfly situps NO KIP, (that took about 12 minutes alone), 100 squats, then 25 burpees to top er' off. This was a good 40 minutes or so.

    So much more to say but man I am whooped, going to bed. Didn't have any booze today :-)

    Gonna try to hit Zeus tomorrow... have a lot to do. That one looks bad ass. Love hero WODs!
