  1. I wonder how bad Justin is going to crush me this time?

    For starters, I got 51 calories on the first row, but that just ruined me. This WOD is designed to wind the CRAP out of you. I'd love to see a games competitor go unbroken on this one. I bet there's no way.

  3. I am pretty sure if I games this to 35 to 38 calories on the row I would definitely crush your score Fletcher, but I think it will be way more fun to buy in with at least 48 on the row. I am not sure if 51 is feasible for me cause I have no idea what kind of 500m/split that would be.

    We will see how it goes tomorrow for me as I hit my CFTish wod today.

  6. I went as hard as I could for the first minute Fletcher. I was on pace for 53 to 54 calories but then the wheels came off and I finished barely finished with 48 and staggered to the bar, I finished but is was brutal.

  7. Weird man... I had a 6 point lead after round 1, but I petered out. I want to try this again, I think I can get 165 if I go like hell like my life depended on it. I wasn't mentally tough enough in rounds 2 and 3. You were! Or, you are just fitter than me.

  9. Going second I am sure was a huge advantage, but I changed my strategy on this wod. The first 2 on 2 off I tried to not lose anytime on the rest reps and gave up time on the rower, but then I looked at my total and I realized even though it is counter intuitive, I get more points for every second on the rower that doing the other stuff, so I tried to make sure I was rowing right when the 2 minutes started and then rowed all the way until it was done.
