I added the ish cause no one in our group really does this as rx'd. Went heavy today. Got 180 on SP and got 185 moving but couldn't finish, so that is progress. Got 305 on the front squat and got 320 moving but couldn't fishish so that is progress too. For dead lifts went back to a speed style day with 255 on the bar and messed around with some clean pulls and shrugs too.
