1. Max Pull-ups
2. Max Burpees
3. Max GHDs
Add Calories and max numbers together for total.

WOD wasn't great. Came back to the rower late on the 2nd and 3rd rows. Pull-up numbers sucked. Forearms gave out. Guess they were not fully recovered from the 90 pull-ups the other day.

Took some transition time in there... was dying. Did this right after the 9 minute body weight WOD from a week back. Rested 3 minutes in between the WODs.

I didn't know how fast I was going cause not used to rowing for calories, but let me tell you what, beating Fletcher's built to row 6'4" tall ass out of the gates with 45 calories made the rest of this a true suck fest, but I ground it out.
