No jumping rope for me. Going to see ortho surgeon next Monday. Hence, I subbed 5 ring dips per round. Scaled/subbed 145 lb thrusters but 4 instead of 3.
Doing it this way, I got 7 rounds + 5 RDs.
Thrusters were a challenge... especially after doing the rowing hard pulls/DL WOD 5 minutes earlier. Messed me up!
Triples unders?? no thanks, subbed 4 hours tele in sic powder on the best mountain in the lower 48, life is good. Oh yeah, my quads feel they were kicked by a mule, row sprints not easy on a man my age.
