  1. My body did not really respond well to doing this again after only two weeks. Got 175 up on press but couldn't even really get 180 moving today and that went up relatively easy two weeks ago. Front squatted 305 again and then went for 320 again and could not even get it moving. Didn't even bother with any dead lifts.

    I followed the programing this time, but if this ever comes up again on a two week cycle I am just going to hit a west side barbell speed day for round two. I am too old to maxing the exact same lift on 12 days rest.
