Man I guessed 16-17 minutes but got 22:00. Problem was the LPU's. Didn't realize how sore and worn out my body still was from Murph w/vest. Lame time, but I got it done. Damn.
For the squat cleans I used 2 30# dumbells. I went for form on these. For the L pull-ups: first set about 7:30 and 8:30 for the second.TT 30:22.42
I did the squat cleans rx'd and the L pull-ups to the best of my ability. TT: 25:31.
