Doing this RX'd would have taken me an hour and required 8 days of ice packs, plus pistols are no longer possible for me.. which sucks, because I was pretty good at them.
So I doubled the reps on pistols and subbed air squats (should have tripled I guess... but short on time)
Pullups I did kipping
HSPU's I did to AbMat
So after all the "old man" subbing, I got 20:48.
Jason went 22:16 and used the small band for 55% or so of the pullups. Other subs were like mine.
Did my HSPU to abmat - is this a sub or RX'd? Going to have to build me some parallettes. Also did air squats instead of pistols. TT 34:21.00
I have not and will not be posting much these next couple of months. I coach soccer and we have practice 2 days a week and games on the weekend. I will try my hardest.
