SUPER SLOW Back extensions and other core stuff, like 100 GHDs

  1. This was interesting. I didn't time it, of course.. but I did watch the video of the girl doing these and did them slow motion like her. For GHDs I went down slower than usual, but snapped up regular. My hammies were almost numb when I flipped over to start GHDs in round two. Yay, a 10K row tomorrow. Not fun. But I shall go for a PR. I have done a 10K row just once before.
