50 Ring Dips, 50 Squat Cleans 115, 50 more damn Ring Dips

  1. This has been a tough CrossFit week. -11 last two days, so garage was a bit chilly. The new insulated thick door and packing insulation in the attic all around the rope chute has really helped though. I think it was about 35 today out there. Just sore as shit from the WODs. Yesterday max rep ring dips, today 100 more? Dude...

    TT 16:35 on this one. First set of RDs wen't around 3:30, squat cleans were done in 10 sets of 5, which was a big challenge.

  2. Again did the Squat Cleans with 2 30# dumbells and worked on form. Ring dips RX'd. Note to self, my ring dips are always strict.

    At least it was a little faster than the L pull-up WOD.
