Well I was out on business last week, and sick this week. So today was my first WOD in 6 days and 2nd WOD in like 11 days.
At the 14 minute mark I was through 17 PCs Finished PCs @ 16:00
DId 30 CTBs and 30 ring dips for the MU's... got through all of that at 23:23.
Was sucking wind... not all of the way better yet (at all) and out of shape right now. Sort of felt good to WOD, but it hurt too.. mentally and physically. I have missed a ton of hardcore hero WODs too. Good stuff to go back to in the coming weeks and days. Hope you guys are doing good.

Made it through everything but the MUs at the 14 min mark, but my wall balls were only to an eight foot target (20#ball) and Cleans were only 95#s.
ReplyDeleteTomorrow I am actually going to a Box to work out. I got a deal on a 6 day pass. I have never been to one before. We'll see how it goes.
