3 RFT 5 rope climbs, 25 RDs, 100 squats

  1. In my mind I thought "they made this WOD for the moderately above average Crossfitter to get done in 20 or less"....

    Well I didn't make that. 20:54

    Rounds went 6:15, 7:24, 7:12

    Rope climbs got me. Had to recover a lot to get the next rep. The first two reps of each set were always pretty easy, then they just kill you quickly....

    really I think time wise all three exercises took about the same. RC's were just the physically most strenuous. Doing 100 squats isn't easy either, especially in round 3. My ring dip strap buckle broke with 4 reps left... so I grabbed the other set and finished.
