  2. I did this the same way I did it on 1/1/2011 so I could compare. I like that, because I had been doing CrossFit for a good 14 months by then, and I am 3+ years older, so wanted to compare. Back then did it with 12 reps at 95 lbs. Did 10 rounds + 4 PPs back then, this morning got 12 rounds + 1 PP. had 4 seconds to go after round 12 so snuck in one more rep then fell on the ground and rolled around. Linda has shown her face. Oh boy.

  4. This happened to be the one of the WODs at the box I went to. Did 95# for the Push Press and RXd for everything else.
    6 Rounds + 7 PP
