  1. This was ridiculous. Doing 5 rounds of this would be for Saturday only.... I scaled to 3 rounds and subbed 800M rows for the runs... the RC's were nasty, and they made the pushups just nastier. TT 27:56. Done with two rounds in 18:30 so I held pace well in round 3. 5 rounds would have been 48-50 minutes.
