I was feeling pretty weak after my Fran performance or lack there of so I hit the front squats x 5 with sets of dead hang pull ups and strict ring dips for rest.

Legs have been threatening to cramp for the last six hours, wuss cure is beginning to take...
Did my second day at a "real" box. We worked on skills in the beginning. Muscles ups was the skill. Did my first MU. It was strict, no kipping. I also tried, and did, a kipping one after the WOD. The WOD was 2 minutes of WB 1minute rest, 2 min DU, 1 min rest, 2min burpees. 16 WB, 68 DU, 27 Burpees. The wallballs sucked. I my garage I only have a 8.5 foot ceiling, so an 8 ft target. I probably did close to 40 WBs and only hitting 16 on target. That extra 2 feet makes one hell of a difference. Hats off to you guys doing these RXd.
